The set of skills needed to navigate the complexity of this time and generate truly holistic transformations in any group...
Because when it comes to soft and deep skills —the ones that truly transform— they can only be cultivated and perfected in relation to others.
In spaces where shared experience becomes living learning.
The skills we are talking about, are the ones that truly support your role as a group facilitator: deep listening, field reading, living design, presence, discernment, etc.
Watch out for the detail
According to a joint study by Harvard University, Stanford University, and the Carnegie Mellon Foundation.
“85% of professional success comes from the development of soft skills,
while only 15% depends on technical skills.
A collaborative learning space that integrates the best of traditional learning systems –connecting theory and practice–, to facilitate the development of skills… and not just the accumulation of knowledge.
Or, in other words, a true Community of Practice and Learning - COPPA (in subscription format) designed for you to:

Ayni Wasi is, literally, a house built on reciprocity. A space where you do not come just to receive, but also to contribute, support, share.
Because in this community we do not accumulate techniques.
We co-create living knowledge.
We do not follow a linear path.
We walk together, at different rhythms, towards the same direction.
And we do not believe that you can accompany deep human processes...
without a place where you also feel accompanied.
In case you are wondering...
Do I need to have completed the Diploma or the Self-Directed Course to enter Ayni Wasi?
No. Ayni Wasi is designed for people who have already experienced the model and want to continue exploring it.
You may have arrived through an SFI, a workshop, or simply resonated with what it means to facilitate from a holistic perspective.
Here, we do not start from scratch, but it is not required to have seen everything.
Does this replace the Diploma or the Self-Directed Course of Comprehensive Facilitation?
No. The Diploma and the Self-Directed are structured training spaces to learn to master the model from start to finish.
Ayni Wasi is not a linear training path. It is a living community that supports your practice, keeps you updated, and allows you to continue refining what you already know.
How practical is the content?
Very much. Each laboratory starts from real topics and challenges of group facilitation: how to read the field, how to intervene with clarity, how to design sustainable processes, how to integrate tools…
Here, you don't come to "see theory", but to apply living understandings to real contexts.
What happens if I can't connect to the synchronous labs?
All sessions are recorded and available on the platform.
Additionally, you can ask questions in the WhatsApp group or in the community chat. You don't lose anything, and you can revisit each topic as many times as you need.
What is the validity of the certification?
You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum commitment or penalties. You join when you need to. You withdraw when you no longer need it.
Will I have direct access to Raúl?
Yes. Raúl leads most of the laboratories and is an active part of the community.
You are not interacting with an automated system: you are entering a living environment where the model update happens in real time, and you can witness it from within.
Does this help me if I want to enroll in the Diploma program later?
Very much. Ayni Wasi allows you to stay close to the model, practice, familiarize yourself with its logic, and maintain your process without losing rhythm.
Many students from the Diploma first went through this community.
Can I start even though my group spaces are paused?
Of course. Ayni Wasi is also a space for preparation, reflection, and internal strengthening.
You don’t need to be facilitating right now to benefit: you can use this time to fine-tune your compass, strengthen your language, and continue growing from within.
