Latin America lives a paradox: we have formal democracies, but without real dialogue.
Polarization, institutional distrust, and social violence are symptoms of a structural deficit of listening at the heart of the State.
In governments marked by haste, fragmentation, and dehumanization, no one teaches how to engage in dialogue. Much less to facilitate agreements from a higher consciousness.
“Integral Dialogue in Latin America” is our response
A project that will train 50 high-level public officials in five Latin American countries, in:
For 6 months, these public leaders will undergo a real transformation process.
They will receive personalized mentoring, theoretical-practical training, and will apply what they have learned in pilot projects of territorial dialogue in their own countries.
They will return to their positions with something more than tools: An inner compass to uphold the human aspect in the public sphere.
