"I am Bernardo González Venegas, originally from Mexico City where I currently reside."
I have training in Psychology and Education.
I am passionate about all the arts, especially music, which is why my work with groups has focused on non-formal artistic education and cultural development projects, both in institutional settings and in independent and community spaces for the past 15 years. Designing and delivering workshops, facilitating training processes and ongoing education, as well as developing teaching materials.
Personally, I was captivated by the work of Ken Wilber and his Integral Theory from the beginning of my journey as a psychology student in 2004. The encounter with Integral Life has meant receiving the necessary tools for this broad and deep vision of the human condition to become practically and concretely present, enriched with various techniques and experiences, both in my role as a facilitator and in my own inner practice.
What motivates me to be a facilitator trainer is the ability to contribute to the growth and development of a community dedicated to sharing transformative experiences, which elevate us towards a new vision from which we can build the realities that we, as humanity, want to inhabit.

"My name is Cristina Zari, from Quito-Ecuador, I studied economics."
A few years ago, when I decided to go to therapy, I discovered a new world focused on the knowledge of the human being, which led me to train as a creative coach, integral facilitator, and kundalini yoga instructor; currently, I am training as a Power Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.
I accompany self-discovery processes through creativity and body movement, with creative writing exercises, breathing exercises, and personal inquiry.
The integral facilitation diploma allowed me to enhance connection, clarity, balance, and has been a tool to continue integrating the body and mind; this way, being a trainer in integral facilitation will allow me to continue the expansion of what gives life to life, personal exploration and inquiry.

"Hello, my name is Daniela Campos Muñoz, but my friends call me Dani. I am from the south of Chile and currently reside here."
For about 8 years, I have been working in the educational field, accompanying learning processes. 6 years ago, I became certified in facilitating human spaces and I have had the opportunity to lead independent workshops. Comprehensive facilitation has transformed my personal and professional life, improving my relationships and my way of interacting with others. I decided to become a coach to expand this methodology and share it with the world through my project Edukimün, the art of educating with purpose!

"Enrique Gutiérrez. I discovered that many times, organizations do not need more processes... they need more truth."
I have accompanied spaces where everything seemed to work, but something didn't fit. Teams operating without connection. Leaders carrying structures without soul. Cultures made of rules, but empty of meaning.
I have over a decade of facilitating processes that touch the core: the way we listen to each other, make decisions, inhabit power, and connect as a system.
From a holistic approach, I design experiences that awaken the collective from what is deeply human. I do not bring ready-made solutions, but living questions. I do not come to tidy up the chaos, but to accompany it with presence.
With that intention, I founded HomoLab, a space dedicated to creating playful, conscious, and transformative processes for individuals and organizations that want to evolve from within.
Because transforming is not just about becoming aware… it is about moving that awareness towards action.

"My name is Inés Bustamante Antezana. I define myself as a person who dwells, shapes, and transforms in the encounter of two (or more) worlds, a Bolivian residing in Sweden for more than 20 years..."
Economist by training, I have a long professional career in the field of international cooperation in various regions of the world and in different roles.
Currently, my professional work has been reoriented towards fields of human development, with a focus on the possibilities of personal and collective transformation.
I have recently trained as a Gestalt practitioner in organizations and in Trainer Training at FI.
I am passionate about learning, creating, connecting people, moderating deep conversations, and facilitating spaces for transformation. Integral facilitation is an invaluable vehicle for translating this passion into transformative action.

"I am James Restrepo Peña, I live in Villavicencio, Meta, in the heart of Colombia."
a fertile territory not only in biodiversity and culture, but also in stories of pain, dignity, and resilience that the internal armed conflict has left behind.
I am a public administrator by profession, passionate about supporting communities and social organizations in their internal organization processes, public management advocacy, and peacebuilding. I have spent 15 years facilitating processes of social dialogue and strengthening institutional and community capacities for territorial governance, participatory planning, and social control, following the approach of Colombia's Development and Peace Programs.
Comprehensive facilitation has transformed me: it has allowed me to understand beyond the obvious, listen with greater presence, and navigate my own healing process. Being a facilitator connects me with the purpose of weaving genuine relationships, transforming realities, and honoring human dignity and life on the planet.
I decided to train as a trainer in comprehensive facilitation, with the desire to expand its principles and practices into new territories and processes.

"My name is Javier Cortéz Chalar, I am 49 years old. I am known as 'El Profe.' I am a facilitator of human development processes…"
With a career of over 25 years as a sports coach in Bolivia.
For the last 15 years, I have specialized in children's training, and for the past 4 years, I have integrated facilitation tools, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and a holistic approach into my professional practice.
This integration led me to deeply rethink sports training in childhood, resulting in the creation of the first sports initiation school in Bolivia for children ages 3 to 7.
From this holistic perspective, I understood that in the early stages, more important than technique or exercise is the discovery, expression, and development of natural talents and skills.
In addition, I promote spaces for children's participation and expression, such as the podcast program Radio Mundo de Niños, which is broadcast on Facebook and TikTok, where children have a voice and prominence, strengthening their self-esteem and creative thinking.

"Lorena Valencia, I am a graduate in Biology and Chemistry with a master's degree in Amazonian Studies."
Since the year 2000, I have worked in pedagogy, research, and conservation
with a community focus.
I got to know the model in 2023, and since then it has enriched my personal and professional life.
In the workplace, it has strengthened my capacity for listening and presence, facilitating the building of bridges and synergies in the resolution of socio-environmental conflicts.

"I am María Elena Sepúlveda Cardona, I was born and live in Medellín, Colombia."
I am currently the academic coordinator of a program that promotes socio-emotional skills, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
From my academic training, I am a Specialist in Human Talent Management, and a Professional in Recreation, learning spaces that allowed me to understand the importance of developing and strengthening the playful dimension in human beings.
I recognize myself as a facilitator who gives deep value to constant learning, which led me to understand that we are always learners and teachers. My personal touch is joy and respect for individual processes. I love and deeply believe in the power of play as a tool to strengthen trust and nurture relationships.
Approaching integral facilitation has enabled me to have a broader and deeper view of supporting people and teams, understanding that we are much more than a personality with particular and seemingly "unique" traits, as the recognition of our multidimensionality and capacity to see beyond possibilities can lead us to support transformation processes, always keeping in mind that the first person to transform is myself.

"Milagros Sánchez, from Venezuela, resident in the United States (Tampa, Florida). They call me Mila…"
I am an Economist by profession and I have worked for over 25 years leading teams and administrative processes. For a few years now, I have been accompanying groups of immigrants in their integration and personal development.
Integral Facilitation touched my soul: it taught me to look with love, to trust in the processes, and to create spaces where everyone can feel safe and valued. I decided to be a trainer because I want to multiply this way of seeing and being with others.
As immigrants, I believe we can sow love in every job we do and always give our best as an act of dignity and hope.

"Hello, I am Misael Poper. I share this with great pleasure because I know that this path also calls your attention."
Look, I am a lawyer by training, but for years I have been dedicated to something that I am deeply passionate about: facilitation.
I started 17 years ago, working with children and adolescents, and 9 years later I was already supporting groups of professionals, projects, and also processes in universities, both at the undergraduate and graduate levels.
Integral Facilitation for me is not just a working tool, it is a way of looking at the world.
It made me understand that complex challenges are not solved with easy solutions, and that learning together, seriously, transforms. That’s why I decided to take a step further and become a trainer.
I feel that accompanying others on this journey is also a way for me to continue growing.

"Myriam Liney Peña Riveros, Colombian, Psychologist. MBA. Comprehensive facilitator of high-performance processes and teams."
Certified in Essential Leadership and Coherence. Author and Mentor.
For more than 25 years, I have directed, accompanied, empowered, and facilitated strategic processes focused on human talent, development, and organizational culture. My purpose is to promote sustainable transformations that connect people with their potential and align teams with the values and objectives of the organization.
The Training of Trainers in Integral Facilitation has strengthened my ability to accompany transformation processes in personal and organizational environments. It has provided me with structure, methodology, and validation of knowledge that I now apply to facilitate more connected, aligned, and conscious teams regarding their purpose.
I resonate with the possibility of accompanying people in their development, helping them discover and enhance their best version. Being a bridge: generating meaningful conversations, clarifying objectives, and co-creating solutions that respond to the real challenges of organizations, from an authentic and empathetic presence.

"Rafael Cárdenas. My profession is to facilitate processes that generate awareness at both national and international levels..."
…mainly in Culture from the being, processes that through the FI model allow us to enter into coherence with oneself and facilitate the connection and bonds with groups, in addition to generating disruptive and influential schemes in the evolution of the human being.
This model has allowed me to innovate in other transformative models such as the awakening of the pilgrim inspired by the Way of Santiago, level two of security sense of life and especially my transformation and evolution. My mission is to serve with love.

"Rosa María Sánchez Manzo, I live in León, Guanajuato, although technology allows me to be wherever life calls me."
I am a trained Actuary, a Gestalt psychotherapist by vocation, and passionate about working with groups for over 30 years. That love for group work was inspired by my own family, and it has become a life mission.
I accompany processes in the educational, organizational, and therapeutic fields.
They call me Rose, however, I like each person to choose how to name me, according to what my presence reflects for them: Rosa, Rosa María, Rosita, María… all of them inhabit me.
Integral Facilitation has been a turning point: it returned me to my body, opened me to fertile emptiness, and showed me new ways of being present with others. I am training as a coach because I want to share this living tool that transforms from within and in a network. I believe in the collective as a path of awareness and evolution.

"Sandra Bustamante Antezana, I am Bolivian and an economist by profession. For more than 20 years, I have worked with a variety of development projects..."
…the time during which I have had the privilege of knowing the plurality of the Latin American reality.
Discovering Integral Theory was a turning point in my life. It offered me a map to recognize my inner territory and understand the complexity of the collective. By integrating with Facilitation, this perspective became a path.

"Virginia Laura Ramírez Zahn is the name that embraces my journey in this life."
Chilean and health professional, explorer of human feeling and the expansion of consciousness.
For more than 30 years I have accompanied processes as a therapist and mentor in integrative medicine, synergetics, and applied neurosciences, towards health, well-being, and meaningful happiness.
I am driven to alleviate human suffering and guide others to meet their Being and the profound meaning of being alive.
The Training of Trainers in Integral Facilitation inspires me due to the generosity in its delivery, the coherence between theory and practice, the academic quality of learning, and the space given to the facilitator's path of consciousness.
It resonates with my essence, my journey, and what I wish to continue sharing, to humanize life and contribute to a better world.

"I am Yadhira Tamayo and I live in Mexico City. I have been accompanying individuals and groups in processes of transformation for many years."
I come from the world of law, politics, and business, but one day my soul asked for depth. There I found the Integral Theory that led me to Integral Facilitation: a model that gave me language, a map, and support to integrate my inner life with my work.
I became a master integral coach and trainer of integral facilitators because I believe in this path as a loving and powerful way to serve.
Today I run Metanoia Coaching and founded the NEVIU School, where we explore together the mastery of the Sacred Feminine. I speak Spanish and English.

"My name is Yadira Ariadna López Pacheco, I was born in Mexico and currently reside in Rhode Island, United States."
I am a psychologist by training, with a master's degree in management. Since I was a child, I felt that teaching was something natural in me, although I didn't know why. Over time, I discovered that teaching is not just about transmitting knowledge, but about creating spaces where people feel seen, accompanied, and free to explore their own path.
I have worked in consulting, human resources, internal control, and teaching, but it was during the pandemic, in Cracks 5 am — a group of ordinary people cultivating conscious habits every morning — where I confirmed that the everyday can also be profoundly transformative when lived with intention. In that space, I have been both a participant and a guide, and that dual experience has enriched my way of accompanying.
Today, I facilitate English classes for adults, and I am moved to see how language, expression, and listening become bridges to something deeper. Integral Facilitation shaped what I always intuited: that the invisible also educates, transforms, and guides. Being a coach is my way of continuing to accompany living processes with love, presence, and meaning, and opening myself to new contexts where the human can flourish.

"I am Alexander Chacón, a clinical psychologist from Santiago de Chile, an integral facilitator, and a passionate specialist in Ken Wilber's Integral Theory."
Imagine unlocking your full potential with comprehensive and transformative support!
With over 18 years designing and implementing processes that generate profound social changes, I intervene simultaneously in the personal, relational, cultural, and systemic aspects.
I have led multidisciplinary teams in challenging projects, combining strategic planning with soft skills —empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution— to create safe spaces for learning and empowerment.
My mission: to turn anxiety, whether personal or organizational, into well-being, clarity, and openness Are you ready to take the leap towards your evolution? Let's talk and transform your reality together!
