MODULE 1: THE FUNDAMENTALS OF FACILITATION

If you don't understand the structure of what you do, you continue operating on a trial-and-error basis.

And it happens that, before being able to refine a technique, you need to understand the structure that supports it. Because facilitating is not just about energizing groups, but understanding how and why collective processes work.

In this module, we will break down facilitation piece by piece so that you can see it from the inside and understand what makes a process truly effective. Here you will integrate:

What differentiates facilitation from other ways of guiding groups and why that changes everything in practice.

How the 6 success factors of Integral Facilitation work and how they impact any intervention you make.

How the internal architecture of facilitation works so that you design processes with a clear purpose, without everything depending on intuition.

How will you apply it? After this module, you will look at any facilitative process with new eyes. It will no longer be just "what works" or "what you have been taught", but you will be able to break down any intervention, understand its mechanisms and adjust what is necessary with precision.

MODULE 2: THE INTEGRAL APPROACH IN FACILITATION

You cannot facilitate what you do not understand.

Here you will learn to read reality beyond the evident. Because if you don't see what is happening in a group beyond the superficial, you will get stuck in symptoms and not in causes.

In this module, you will learn to read accurately what is really at stake in each group, using tools that will allow you to intervene strategically and not just reactively. Here you will integrate:

How to use Integral Perspective to analyze group dynamics and not get stuck in a single interpretation.

How Spiral Dynamics allows you to understand the perspective of any group and adjust your intervention without friction.

How the Integral Facilitation Model provides you with a clear framework to intervene in different contexts without losing fluency or precision.

How will you apply it? After this module, you will not only notice what happens in a group, but you will be able to see what was previously invisible: the patterns, the tensions, the dynamics that determine the outcome of any process.

MODULE 3: PRACTICAL TOOLS

Knowing what is happening in a group is one thing. Knowing what to do with that is another.

This is where we start to land everything. You already understood how collective processes work and how to read what happens in a group in real time.

Now let's put it into practice: how you structure a session, how you design a workshop, how you ensure that your intervention generates the effect you are looking for. Here you will integrate:

How to map any group process with a strategic approach so that each intervention makes sense.

How to design meetings and workshops that truly achieve their purpose without falling into improvisations or disconnected activities.

How will you apply it? After this module, you will stop "doing activities" and start building processes that truly move groups in the right direction.

MODULE 4: PROCESS TOOLS AND EXPERIENCE

It's not just about what you say, but how you convey it and what you generate in the group.

You can structure a facilitation process perfectly... but if you don't connect with the group, if you don't create the right atmosphere, if you don't get people involved in the process, everything remains in theory.

In this module we are going to work on what is often taken for granted: how to communicate strategically and how to design experiences that expand the group's awareness. Here you will integrate:

How to use Transcendent Communication to connect with groups in depth and facilitate meaningful conversations.

How to select and facilitate consciousness experiences that transform the way people see reality and relate to the process.

How will you apply it? After this module, you will understand that facilitation is not only a technique but also presence, connection, and the ability to create experiences that truly make a difference.
